My Path to Here and Now

The source of inspiration for this blog, for my business, and for each day I am given, is in knowing that I am a Spiritual being having a Human experience and that I can help others uncover their authentic selves through our connection.   I am committed to uncovering my true nature as a spiritual being.  I believe that inside everyone is a bright light- Love – which can be obscured by the darkness of our fears but it’s always there, and that is who we really are.  I am connected to you and you are connected to me and we are connected to every other thing.  And everything is connected to Source, Spirit or whatever term suits you.  I am committed to working with clients from the light that is within me.

Through decades of seeking peace through self-help books, retreats, classes, yoga, meditation, retreats, 12-Step Recovery Groups, and my latest studies of A Course in Miracles, and Eckhart Tolle’s work I have just now become aware that it’s really up to me to choose to be happy.  And every day, I can choose contentment or fear.  I’ve found a spiritual connection which shows me that the world of form is the world the ego created.  When I live and work from my ego I am fearful, anxious, overwhelmed, jealous, easily offended, vindictive, and more.

When I live from Spirit I am inspired, enthused, open, flexible, present to this moment, connected to the whole, humble, generous, quieter, empathetic, and helpful just to helpful.  These days I travel from ego to Spirit hundreds of times each day.  My aspiration is to make my trips to the ego shorter and less frequent.  I’ve found another way to live by allowing consciousness to come out from underneath the cloak of my ego.  It was always there – I just couldn’t or wouldn’t allow it to guide my life.  Or to trust that it really is another way to live.

Thank you for joining me.

  1. Hi Elizabeth,
I love your philosophy and the way you have incorporated it into your blog. I stumbled upon it while searching for ideas for re-arranging my living room, and it really speaks to my soul! I’m excited to begin “tweaking the Qi” in my home!
    Many Thanks,

    • thanks so much for taking the time to give me your feedback Holly…I really appreciate it and it keeps me writing! Best wishes on your qi-shifting~ if I can help further, just let me know. Elizabeth
